Annual ACTRIS Data Centre Workshop, this year in Oslo, Norway with participants from the ACTRIS-Norway project in June 2025

The ACTRIS Data Centre and the Norwegian climate modelling user group gathered in Oslo for a joint workshop filled with insight, collaboration, and forward-looking discussions. Participants shared experiences on topics ranging from monitoring the Canadian forest fires using FLEXPART, to applying EARLINET and ceilometer data in CAMS IFS model evaluation.

A key focus of day 2 was the continued development of the ACTRIS Data Portal, with close collaboration between the Finnish Meteorological Institute, CNR, CNRS, NILU, and the Barcelona Supercomputing Center - all working together to provide world-class services to ACTRIS users worldwide.

Thanks to everyone for the great energy and participation - more to come!
